Steam Chicken It was Friday, and as always it is an important day of the week for us(being Muslims), so I always cook special food on that day, in my childhood my mother also do the same because at that time it was considered an official off day in whole Pakistan later on Sunday was considered to be off in school, colleges, offices etc. As on Friday, all the family members were home so Mom was used to cooking something special which everyone would like. Later on, the holiday changed to Sunday but special food was still cooked on Friday. And what was that special food which was the family's favourite?
