Like heart failure, high blood pressure, diabetes(normally known as high sugar), weak bones, tiredness, laziness, breathing problems. So today I decided to share a very simple and easy home remedy with you that is an easy and simple WEIGHT LOSS DRINK.



How to reduce weight with a drink



Everyone wants to look smart and remain healthy and is conscious of weight gain. In this busy lifestyle, it is difficult to join a gym or to find time for yoga and exercise. And for those who love to eat and live to eat it is difficult to follow a diet plan too. The housewives especially have to work all day for their families so they hardly find some time for self-care. Today’s remedy is time-saving and is especially for housewives and also for working women who want to reduce weight.

This Weight loss drink is very simple, easy and very quick to make. With almost two main and simple ingredients. Almost every woman can find these things in her kitchen. So let's see what Weight loss drink we are talking about and how to prepare it.




How to make weight loss drink



Ingredients

  1. Water.                                   1 litre

  2. Carom or oregano seeds.     1 teaspoon

  3. Fennel seeds.                       1 teaspoon

  4. Mint leaves(optional).            10 to 15

  5. Honey(optional).                     To taste


How to prepare WEIGHT LOSS DRINK.

Step 1

First of all, take 1 litre of drinking water, put it in a pan.


Step 2

Put the pan on a medium-high flame.


Step 3

Put dried oregano seeds and fennel seeds in it. Also, add mint in it if you like. It will enhance the taste and flavour of the drink.


Step 4

Bring it to a boil and keep it on a medium-low flame for 5 to 10 mins.


Step 5

Off the flame, keep it at room temperature. Filter the seeds with a strainer or a cloth. Your WEIGHT LOSS DRINK is ready now. Whenever you want to drink simple water, drink it lukewarm instead of water. If you don't want to drink it this way you can add honey to it to have a sweet flavour. Also, it will help to reduce fats.


It is better to drink this, weight loss drink lukewarm, then it could work fast. If you don't want to drink it much, at least drink two to three times a day. But it is recommended to drink it whenever you need to drink water. Use it at least for a month to see full results.
